  • Payment methods accepted

    • Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

  • Adoption of items

    • All our items are sold as is. All items are inspected and we do our best to make the buyer aware of all issues or imperfection. All of that is taken into consideration when we are pricing and in doing so all prices are FIRM. No additional discounts will be given. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the item(s) prior to purchase as we cannot guarantee we will catch every single issue. No returns or refunds are allowed or given on any item or delivery. We will hold an item for 24 hours during a non-sale period. No holds during a sale period are permitted.

  • Purchased Items

    • We understand not everyone can pick a piece up immediately. Unless arrangements are made with owner approval, items must be picked up or delivery scheduled within 30 days of purchase. If after 30 days, no arrangements are made and contact is not made on the buyer's end, item(s) will be considered abandoned and will be returned to the sales floor and no refund given.

  • Delivery

    • While we do not deliver personally, we have a crew of guys who can. The fee is based up the item(s), where you live, if you want curbside(just brought TO the house not IN the house/garage) or installed(brought IN the house/garage and where in the house(first floor , second floor etc). The delivery fee is paid to the crew at the time of delivery. Tips are appreciated but not required and again are given directly to the guys.

  • Shipping

    • We do not ship. We have had numerous customers utilize the services of Uship.com. You would contact us to pay for the item and then contact them directly and make all the arrangements and pay them for the shipping. All we would need is when they would be picking up your item(s).

  • Special Sales Events

    • During a special sales event all items are first come, first served. All sales are at the discretion of the owners. Sales cannot be used on a previously purchased item. Sales cannot be combined with any other offer. Sale is not valid on delivery. There will be no holds allowed on items during a sales event.

  • Layaway and financing are not available.

  • Purchasing from private sellers

    • We are not consignors. We buy all our furniture outright. If you would like to see if we are interested you upload photos here and your asking price. All pieces MUST be from a smoke free home.
